Day 260 Sunday 16th September:

What a horrible day today it has rained all day since about 10am. We went to mums house about then and it started raining on the journey. Roland was going to fix a gutter on the house but that has had to be delayed but we did pick up a paste table as we need it for a craft sale we are going to at the beginning of October.
Too wet to go out to take a picture of leaves
so I am using some of the pictures Roland took yesterday.

He took this one today instead.

These are from yesterday

I'll give you the recipe - just roasted peppers and a small piece of tomato. Important is the technology of preparation! The peppers are cleaned of stems and seeds, roasted and peeled. The small piece of tomato used for canning! The jars should not be filled to the brim - must be left to air. Among the tomato piece and the cap should be 1 to 1.5 cm. The jars are closed with caps. Strong!
It should be boiled 45 minutes! If not - then you make homemade bombs!
