We went to help Cathy, our daughter, to get the stuff out of her old flat that neede to be recycled. We filled our car up and took that to the recycling centre and the rest of the stuff we left outside the flat for the local council to pick up.
In the afternoon we went in to Chorley as I had promised to send some leaflets to a young girl who worked in the CAB there. I wrote her name down somewhere and couldn't find it so had to go into the office to find out her name and leave the envelope for her.
Then this evening we went to a talk at the ME group from our Patron, Dr Roberts, which was very interesting and helpful. She has retired now but used to help people with ME. She has it herself and has done a great deal of research to help deal with the illness.
So another busy day but very enjoyable.
