I suppose it should be a countdown to Christmas but I can't get any enthusiasm yet.
We had 2 lots of trick or treaters last night both young children with their parents so everything left will go to the great grand children (if Roland doesn't eat them all first)
Today the door at my mum's house is being fitted and the electician is going to look at some wiring so Roland will be going down later. Marion should have her washing machine by now and said she was going to get a plumber to fit it rather than ask Roland.
I'm not sure that I will be going down with Roland as I think I could have a row with Marion so I'm better staying away.

Miserable day today, wet and cold.
We went out between the rainfall to take these photos and I've just warmed up.
On the way I met one of the Friend of Withy Grove Park
He told me when they meet so I might join them next month.
I feel as I get so much pleasure from the park I ought to help look after it.
I also met one of my friends who was walking home through the park and we caught up on our news.
Her husband had a very nasty accident when he was knocked of his bike earlier in the year.
I think he is very lucky to be alive. He now has got back to driving a car which is wonderful.
That tree is majestic isn't it, I always enjoy seeing the shape of their branches come out again.
