Day 234 Monday 19th November:

Went to Mums house to see Marion and she showed the house on the website. The price was almost reduced by £10,000 and she thought we had done this without discussing with her so naturally she was upset. Off we chased to the Estate Agent to see what was going on. We were told that the internet had gone down over the weekend and for some reason the prices had come back all wrong.
Anyway it was sorted out amicably and all is well.
Before we went to see Marion there was quite a kerfufle in our street. We have no idea what had happened 'but a neighbour was parked across the street so no one could get past. He had left it there and there was another car parked next to it. We assumed ther had been a prang. The neighbour had obviously gone to call the police as one soon came along. He sorted everything out and the other driver drove away. What alerted me to what was going on was the number of cars stopping outside our house and then reversing. I hadn't realised until then how many cars use our street as a rat run.
