I spent some of today playing with my cuttlebug as I am going to demonstrate how to use it at the craft group tomorrow.
I've thought a great deal today about our prompt as I couldn't decide what to do. Did I use an item of clothing, either a favourite outfit I've worn alot or a new one I've bought for Chrismas or something around the house that had got worn with use. Roland solved the problem when he brought down the Hippo I have waiting for repair upstairs.
The Hippo was my sister Marys' . She used to collect them, ceramics, pictures and soft toys. Mum and dad kept them after she died. The toy Hippo has been cuddled by all her nieces and nephews at various times over the years. It must be at least 65 years now.
It is now very worn and although I'm going to try to repair it I think it is beyond repair now.
Worn
