Refreshing



I feel much better today especially after I had been to see Gail for my monthly top up. Gail is also a nutritionalist and she gave me some advice about my digestion so I'll be able to try that and see how it works.
Roland did some more family research this afternoon and found two of my Ancestors who died in World War 1. One in Flanders and the other in Mesopotamia. These are the first relatives we have found who fought in that war on the Hoten side of the family.
