Day 304 30th October.

I've just realised that it is Halloween tomorrow and, even though I don't like it, I always have treats in for the little ones and I haven't got a thing in so it looks like I will have to go shopping tomorrow.
I have had my quiet day today, I've been to the libraryand made a mixture for my cake to soak overnight.
Roland has been busy again today, running my sister about for her to get things for the house.
 At the moment he is out with Pete our next door neighbour fixing a window over in Colne. The weather is awful so I hope they are OK.
Quirky is a difficult word to find a picture for and I've been thinking about it all day.

My mum used to keep cacti in the little bowls on the left.

I've always thought her work was quirky but I love it.
