It was my day for a visit to Gail for my monthly "top up" I must admit I feel a great deal better after it. She said I need to get my neck muscles unwound as it is stopping the lymph glands flow properly from my head ( an ME thing)
Marion arrived this afternoon, she had set out at 7am yesterday, changed planes in Turkey, slept in London overnight then caught the train to Preston.
I really admire her for doing that by herself, she should be exhausted but I think she is living on adrenaline at the moment. It must be overwhelming for her, having to decide what she is going to do and where she is going to stay etc.
Anyway I didn't have much time today so I didn't go beyond my garden for the prompt. What with being away and the weather so wet we have not had time to do anything out there and it is looking a sorry site.
