Roland has had a busy day today, mines been very quiet.
We went out this morning to Tesco as they were selling cat food cheaply. When we got back Kevin had gone out. He was asleep in bed when we left and we had forgotten to leave him a note to say where we were, we are not used to having someone else in the house. He had gone over to his sisters as we weren't in so that was OK. When I went over he was talking to his mum which was good.
Roland went to mums house after that to do some more gardening.
I went back to bed and slept until 4.45. and feel a lot better now, but ready for bed again.

She did a sponsered underwater swim all round the quarry
for The ME group 2 years ago when she was 70.
She is still diving.
