Day 201 Thursday 19th July: I went to the hospital this morning to have my annual check up with my gastro enterologist, Dr Drake. I have been going for years so it was a great surprise when he told me he had started a Coeliac clinic run by Dieticians. A good surprise as since my coeliac has been under control for many years now I have always thought that going to see him each year was a waste of his precious time. We had discussed this a few years ago and he had said then he was looking in to getting a clinic. Typical NHS taking forever to sort out something so simple.
I have now been discharged from his care and transfered to the new clinic.

I also popped into the office again this afternoon to pick up some paperwork then Roland and I set to work on the garage.
We have moved cupboards around to give us better space and thrown lots out.
Unfortunately there is still more to get rid of.

While we were in Asda getting some milk I took a photo of the cheese counter.

Cheese.

Roland loves cheese from this selection

This is my cheese.
It's ewes milk cheese and I bought this piece from the Westmorland services on the M6
It's Swaledale made in Richmond.

  3. Good news for your clinic, I hope it will bring you something positive.
I love cheese counters, especially when you can smell them from 1 kilometer away (well may be a bit less, lol) because as we say in France, if you want a good cheese, it has to smell ! xx
