Then after breakfast we went to the other side of Preston to visit our dentist for a check up. Everything was OK for us both. We then popped into St Johns church yard to look for some graves of Roland's ancestors but he decided he didn't have enough information to locate them so we decided to go back another time. I should have gone sewing this afternoon but I was tired and would have just made a mess of my work so I had a couple of hours rest after which I went local shopping at Morrison's. wile I was resting Roland painted the garage door, fixed the back gate with our neighbour - we share it and planted some Brocolli plants he'd grown from seed. Then we went to Tesco in Leyland for some printer paper for our group, they didn't have what we wanted so we'll have to go back. I did buy some GF digestives so I can make Millionaires Shortbread and a couple of puzzle books.
I love this time of year especially in sunshine. While we were out and about I could smell the cut grass and noticed the lovely new green leaves of the hedges and trees and the delicate white flowers in the hedges, a really different green to summer green. Tomorrow won't be restful as we are having our little Oliver for the day.
Restful. I don't think so.

lol- trip to the dentist sounds stressful- great that you needed nothing done!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you've had quite a busy day today.
Sounds exhausting. Good news about your asthma though.
ReplyDeleteAh Ah, I love your photo.
ReplyDeleteIf you would manage to put me on a dentist chair you would have to tie me in order to take a photo, if not it would be like the bea: Intitially there was Anne ... xx
Great take on the prompt. Good news about the asthma and teeth. I hope you are feeling more rested this evening.
