Day 162 Sunday 10th June: A funny sort of day today. The weather was close,no sun but no rain. Roland decided to put the new cupboards up in the workroom so I was his "apprentice" cleaning the brick dust away, handing wall plugs, screws and tools to him. I hoped it helped and I enjoyed it. I also took some books to church for their funds. Hurrah! At last they are gone.
At around 2 o'clock I went over to Rosies for her Stamping Up Open afternoon. The journey there was horrendous as the main road was up and the traffic was really backed up. I had a good chat and sit down while I was there and bought the scoring board.
I found a much better way home. Roland had put most of the cupboards up when I got back so I made dinner today.

The word today was a puzzler as the garden looks neglected with the way it has got over grown because of the weather. The spare bedroom and conservatory look neglected but they're not, just being used as store rooms for a while. Then I remembered a little doll Jayne started making when her sister got pregnant. She sort of went off finishing it when she found out the baby was a boy. It's been sat in the bottom of a box and I found it when I was sorting out. I've put her in one of my "to do" drawers ready to finish of.
